Cyberdevs
For ethernet you need to add the following kext file to your clover folder. Use clover configurator to mount the EFI partition on the macOS read the "Post Install" section of the guide MaLd0n posted. Under Audio and Lan drivers you'll find what you are looking for. download the kext for LAN and copy it inside the following folder: /EFI/EFI/Clover/kexts/10.12 These are the files you need: http://www.insanelym...rtl8111-binary/ https://github.com/vit9696/AppleALC

Cyberdevs
We'll get there, About VT-d you can have it enabled because the dart=0 flag is added, it essentially disables the VT-d before macOS is loaded. If you want to switch to SSD you'll need to have the patch enabled, so your assumption is correct. Audio will be dealt with once you completed the installation successfully. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SERIAL PORT DISABLED IN BIOS BEFORE going any further.
