Andres ZeroCross
At early version of Sierra i can boot and activated graphics IHD 5500 at Sierra with this patch http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/312579-patch-dvmt-allocation-intel-hd5500-broadwell-not-found-at-sierra But now after update to macOS Sierra Developer Preview 6 and GM i always get Kernel Panic. I upload the picture. I already boot to desktop without inject intel (i use Clover 3716) and use Kext Utility to make Kernel Cache / Kext Cache. But still, i get kernel panic. At El Capitan, i only need to make Kernel Cache then boot with Inject Intel (inject ig-platform-id at DSDT). Thanks before,,

Andres ZeroCross
Allright,, i found solution for myself. The second stage patch for El Capitan for IOGraphicsFamily is the problem, my system is dual boot El Capitan and macOS Sierra with one config.plist.So for the best result i need to fill "MatchOS" for the Patch. Look at attachment picture. Then the Patch will use for El Capitan only and no more Kernel Panic. And For patch DVMT, i still use old patch for macOS Sierra Name : AppleIntelBDWGraphicsFramebuffer Find : 8945C839C7764FReplace : 8945C839C7EB4F

Important: inside USB installer never use ig-platformID = KP You are using an ig-platformID with 11 characters - too many zeroes (it`s wrong)

Sphinx777
Wow, you use 0x16260002??? i thought only 0x16160002 and 0x16260006 that can work with broadwell I use 0x16260006 as ig-platform-id Works flawlessly! Mine is CPU Broadwell i7 5500u OMG! I can not believe it worked. Thank you so much! Now I just have to fix the battery, you know how can I do? Sure. 1. First Solution Extract your DSDT using F4 during Clover boot (it will insert it inside /ACPI/origin folder. Disassemble it.) Use MaciASL Rehabman and install patchmatic as he explains: https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-MaciASL-patchmatic Use this repository in MaciASL: http://raw.github.com/RehabMan/Laptop-DSDT-Patch/master So you will patch your DSDT disassembled using a better [bat] configuration. Ex.: my laptop is an Alienware 13. So I chose [bat] Alienware m15x 2. Second Solution You may try this kext: https://bitbucket.org/RehabMan/os-x-acpi-battery-driver/downloads
