mickeyd453
Hi First try with Sierra and using the Pandoras Box installer to create USB and also install Clover - This is on a Dell Optiplex 980 and in 10.11 i had to use USBInjectAll to get USB going. I have copied this kext from 10.11 but my install stops at Waiting for Root Device which seems to be USB related again - Is there other tips for USB troubles in 10.12 or should USBInjectAll from 10.11 work in 10.12 ? Attached is the KP Thanks!
mickeyd453
I installed sierra via SATA in the end - trouble is i only have USB input devices so although its installed i cant use a mouse or keyboard. If i can mount the disk via 10.11 is there a way to enable ssh so i can shell on and debug USB further? Has anyone found huge USB differences between 10.11 and 10.12 as i only have USB2 on my board and right now even using all the tricks from 10.11 i cant get any USB at all. mickeyd453
Got it going - after lots of trial and error RehabMan produced a newer version of USBInjectAll which sorted this problem out and USB is now fully working for me in 10.
