Infamous
Does Sleep still work with 10.4.8 on this board? My keyboard remains "dead" after waking up. It's not active, I can't type. And another problem, I had it with old kernel too. When I put it to sleep, it's sleeping for like 10 seconds, and then it automatically wakes up. But I didn't even press anything or moved the mouse. Infamous
USB Microsoft keyboard and USB Logitech mouse. I've connected the keyboard to PS/2 with a converter but it does not work then (can't type on boot, dead) Maybe I need some PS2 kext...
TopazBar
Yes, ApplePS2Controller.kext - 270KB Link: http://rapidshare.com/files/1672834/AppleP...roller.tgz.html To install: sudo tar -xvzf ApplePS2Controller.tgz -C /System/Library/Extensions sudo kextload /System/Library/Extension/ApplePS2Controller.kext BTW, Let's make sure your SBIOS is the right version. Type this at a terminal: sum /System/Library/Extensions/AppleSMBIOS.kext/Contents/MacOS/AppleSMBIOS 40265 39 /System/Library/Extensions/AppleSMBIOS.kext/Contents/MacOS/AppleSMBIOS If sum value matches, you're ok. Infamous
[~ 16:20]# sum /System/Library/Extensions/AppleSMBIOS.kext/Contents/MacOS/AppleSMBIOS 18198 39 /System/Library/Extensions/AppleSMBIOS.kext/Contents/MacOS/AppleSMBIOS I guess it's not the right version then? I haven't modified it. This is straight from newest JaS DVD, mifki's kernel, working fine. Anyway you have a little typo there, it's not Extension directory but Extensions Can't restart now but I'll post, if it will work after loading this PS2 kext.. I mean the keyboard. Thanks!
