Problem with Windows boot repair using Clover

Hi,

First of all, I'm not exactly sure whether it's a good forum, but I couldn't find a better place. I've got Yosemite and Windows 7 dual boot with Clover. I've recently done really stupid thing, that is I've shut down power in my laptop while Windows 7 was booting from hibernated state, from now on I'm getting blue screens when I'm trying to boot on it. I've tried to fix it by using "repair your computer" from recovery CD and it's probably a fwbootmgr problem (guessing from dialog box which shows after choosing "repair your computer"), but it seems that recovery CD can't do much in this case. I've read that it may be a problem with wrong BCD entries, but I can't find any relevant information for my case (that is, dual boot of OSX/Win7 using Clover). Is there anything I can possibly do to avoid reinstalling OS, which will be very painful, considering my configuration?

Here is the result of bcdedit /enum all command:
