gothomasc
Problem solved by using clover. So this update actually solve my issue of can't boot by clover.
Ricky Romero
I tried upgrading to 10.10.2 and am also panicking at launchd. To even get there, I have to boot safe mode (-x), no caches or injected kexts, nv_disable=1 and nvda_drv=0, and disabling Clover ALC (though I'm not sure if it's fully disabled). If I don't do all these things, I get nothing - booting into verbose mode just gets stuck at the very first loading dot. This also happens if i try booting from a clean 10.10.2 install USB, so the upgrade went fine, I think. My 10.10.1 setup is: Clover 3142 Clover ALC Boot flags: kext-dev-mode=1 nvda_drv=1 npci=0x2000 Patched DSDT and SSDT NVIDIA Web Drivers No foreign kexts in /S/L/E/ EFI/CLOVER/kexts/10.10: AppleIntelE1000e 2.1.7 FakeSMC 4.3.4 NullCPUPowerManagement realtekALC 1.0-90toledaALC VoodooTSCSync EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI: EmuVariableUefi-64.efi FSInject-64.efi HFSPlus.efi OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi OsxFatBinaryDrv-64.efi Hardware is in signature. Any hints? Others have had problems with version 3142 too. The easiest thing for now is to go back to an earlier version. 3128 worked well for me but I have had problems with 3142 not finding my clover boot efi file without manually locating it in my UEFI settings.
gothomasc
Hi, Romero, I just migrated from Chameleon to Clover. I can't give you any advice, but I don't use NullCPUPowerManagement in kext. I'm still booting from USB. I'm trying to make a clover.iso and boot from hard drive using easybcd, but fail to do so at present.
