Hello People! I am Anuj here from India, Namaste. I have joined this website just so I could ask you this. I have a laptop called Asus G750JX CV069P it has 4700HQ has well processor 24GB Ram and has 3GB GTX 770M GPU & don't know about BIOS that is whether it is UEFI or not. Here's the link to my laptop http://www.flipkart.com/asus-g750jx-cv069p-laptop-4th-gen-ci7-24gb-1-5tb-win8-pro-3gb-graph/p/itmdzmwyt78fd3zr?pid=COMDN8MZNMBFZZ76. Will I be able to boot Mac? I have no experience with this so need your help. I already have a Macbook Retina. But I want Mac on my Asus Laptop as i have better hardware on my Laptop than on my Macbook.

If the installation is possible then please do let me know. Thanks!

Hello.

Yes you can install osx.

To this laptop you'll need ML 10.8.5 or 10.9 GM because haswell CPU work without modification kernel in these OS.

You can try early versions, but you'll need change kernel.

Read here for more informations: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/280756-guide-the-all-in-one-guide-to-vanilla-os-x-including-chameleon-dsdt-for-beginners/

But...why you created many post about same problem?

Hi! Thanks will check it out and let u know...

btw has anyone tried this on the same laptop? what kernels i need? And how to make custom made? Or I get it on some website?

my Internet is bad so due to that my chrome stopped responding then once it responded I refreshed my chrome cos it said that connection to Internet was not established so I pressed refresh...but again I got the problem so I refreshed thrice so due to that it created 3 threads of the same topic so I asked the mods to delete duplicate threads!....
