I'm still not sure what the problem is


This is a new fresh installation of Mac OS X, on this computer. So I believe this is a Kernel Panic. I just do not know how to fix it. 


Any commands, any suggestions? I am still stuck on this. I have tried everything.

Yes, that's a kernel panic. It's complaining about the ACPI implementation of your laptop. Sorry, I can't help you.

I also get EBIOS read error: Controller or Device error. I only get the above issue if I do - v -x
