jms209 Posted June 3, 2013 Share Posted June 3, 2013 So I have MAC OS X running on vmware. I have an AMD A10-4600m APU. AMD 7660G graphics card. 8gb ram. Everything seems to run fine and can go through apps quickly(not sure what mac full speed looks like imo) I can't play videos on VLC and full screen youtube lags. Scrolling on pages on youtube is also slow idk why. No HWA. Anyway to enable HWA for my GPU? Should I use more than 2.5gb ram,considering I have 7.5?(minus the graphics memory) Any other advice? Other than that,it seems to be fast and reliable. Also does video memory matter here and can I change it? I see 32mb video memory and seems low. edit: Any way to get shared folders working? I tried,but could not set it up. I want to let's say make a shared folder of my music on Windows and use it on the MAC VM. Can someone help me with this?
