this is a problem with Graphics kexts, boot with this flag: -f -x -v GraphicsEnabler=No npci=0x2000

if this not work for you try remove all Graphics kexts from S/L/E and try again with this flag

put these kexts in Extra/Extensions of your USBIntaller and boot with: -x -f -v GraphicsEnabler=No npci=0x2000

try out video DVI or HDMI, not VGA, and use the boot flag what I Post above

if you have the system intalled in your disk, delete all graphics kexts, AMD, ATI, INTEL, Geforce

or use this Installer, is better for install and for delete and add kexts for your hardware

OS X 10.8.3 Mountain Lion bootable USB for Intel PCs
