Edit them again: the update erased the edits you've done.

 

I have the same GPU as yours: it works just fine under 10.8.3, by adding 0x68F91002 to the plists of ATI5000Controller.kext and AMDRadeonAccelerator.kex (under AMDCedarRadeonAcceleration) and booting with GraphicsEnabler=Yes (otherwise it will report as an ATI 5000).

P.S.: if you upgraded using the App Store method, that's a lesson for you to learn: never use it! Use the combo update instead, because that way you can reinstall all the needed drivers and edited kexts and repair permissions before reboot. Maybe your kexts won't load, even if you made the correct edits, because of a permissions issue, if you made the mistake of using the App Store to update. In this case, boot with GraphicsEnabler=No and repair permissions, then try to boot again with GraphicsEnabler=Yes.
