Dear all,
I can install 10.6 with Newcom Mod CD, with same boot cd I can not pass installation phase. Is there any boot cd able to install Lioan on AMD or any good tutorial?

Haven't you decide to go Intel?
Well, Lion is easier than Snow Leopard now on AMD. But the issues you already know: no power management, only discrete graphics will work etc.

Onboard graphics would never work, only PCI-e cards.
