Since I have a feeling that another "how do I..." is probably coming, here, I made one for you. Just unzip it and put it in the /Extra folder on your installer partition.

no CDs, Install newest Chameleon to the volume your new install is on and copy the /Extra folder with SMbios in it along with whatever else is in it, from your installer partition over to the new installation too. U should be fine at that point

i got the bootloader working like you said

Luckily I don't ever have that problem, but it is common, removing AppleTyMCEDriver.kext should take care of it

I never have an issue with it either.
It is only loaded on systems which has EEC memory correction, changing your system identifier or deleting as eep said can bypass this error.

ok i removed that kext in single user mode
now it doesn't KP, it goes to the grey apple and spinner but just hangs there until i press the power button to kill it then throws up a KP

You have a graphics issue.
The NTFS line is the last thing you see before the GUI loads.
Boot with
-v GraphicsEnabler=No
This should get you to your desktop but with no hardware acceleration.
If that doesn't work add -x to it and boot to safe mode.

Yep that did it xD
I thinkmi caused the grapic issue myself, wth it being an ivy bridge i instaled nridge helper...but i have an ati 4770HD connected! Is thst easy to fix?
So much faster than SL even without grahics acceleration!
