So installed lion osx 10.7.3 and I have to major problemes, a) my wifi says it's on but it cannot detect any networks. Sound only comes out from line in speakers and headsets, but it doesn't come out of the HDMI port on my gtx 570, are there any easy fixes for those issues????

Yes I did that, but sound come out of the headsets only

Me thinks you gonna need HDEF edits in DSDT to get that working right. For wifi, I think you'll be buying a compatible USB one.

Oh, if you need a DSDT go to http://olarila.com/forum/packs.php, there are all the patches for a lot motherboards, also the ASUS P8Z68-V. So, extract the DSDT with DSDT Editor, apply the patch, fix the errors and compile!! Save as AML to /Extra with name DSDT.aml.
