Yeah sleep it's a problem. Mine works just half with custom DSDT.
Basic Sleep Works, (when I press "Sleep" but in idle monitor mode display remains freezed untill i move the mouse) actually is not stand-by.

Same problem here with 9600GT, 8800GT(MAC), 250GTS. With AMD ATI Radeon 4870 everything normal.

In app Terminal type this code: Ex:

Osmar:~ osmardallas$ pmset -g
Active Profiles:
AC Power -1*
Currently in use:
hibernatemode 0
displaysleep 5
sleep 0 (imposed by 223, 134) these two process, prevent sleep for me

disksleep 10
powerbutton 1
ttyskeepawake 1
hibernatefile /var/vm/sleepimage
autorestart 1
panicrestart 15

Osmar:~ osmardallas$ pmset -g assertions
24/10/11 09:51:54 BRST
Assertion status system-wide:
ChargeInhibit 0
PreventUserIdleDisplaySleep 0
PreventUserIdleSystemSleep 1
NoRealPowerSources_debug 0
CPUBoundAssertion 0
EnableIdleSleep 1
PreventSystemSleep 0
DisableInflow 0
DisableLowPowerBatteryWarnings 0
ExternalMedia 0

Listed by owning process: ( these two process prevent sleep )

pid 223: [0x0000012c000000df] PreventUserIdleSystemSleep named: "Nameless (via IOPMAssertionCreate)"

pid 134: [0x0000012c00000086] PreventUserIdleSystemSleep named: "com.apple.audio.'AppleHDAEngineOutput:1B,2,1,3:3'.noidlesleep"

Good Luck!!!

My sleep problem is solved now in DP2 by just use of Chimera 1.8 Bootloader and proper DSDT.
Other minor problems are with usb in DP2, my keyboard is none seened sometimes....
So, everything just works just...perfect!

Classic One, just like this: http://thetecherra.c...tart-to-finish/
As bootloader I've used Chimera 1.8+Custom SMBIOS.plist+Custom DSDT.

For GTX 460 Apply OpenCL Patch!
If is necessary, edit your AppleGraphicsPowerManagement.kext by adition your GPU ID, in info.plist conf acording your SMBIOS version!

Hi,
I have again the sleep problem with the last dp4 update... Black screen when I wake it up and CMOS reset after...

Z68-d2h-b3 / hd 6870 with ATI6000Controller patched.

Did you have an idea?

I have the DSDT from tonymac and edit it to patch the yellow HDD.
