Hey,

I really need all your help everyone, I am spinning my wheels and this is driving me nuts.  I can't seem to figure out on what am I doing wrong here.

So here is my test setup.

I downgraded 6970 and installed my old XFX 5770 video card (577X-ZNFC) one.

And I followed everything to the letter using Unibeast and Mac OSX Lion USB Installer

http://tonymacx86.bl...lion-using.html

Now with the USB stick, if I choose the options -->  -x PCIRootUID=1

Then the system boots up and I am able to see my Lion Desktop (On two monitors vs three)....

But then I install Multibeast, and choose the Easy install - it installs, but upon boot up the system won't load - I know it has to do something with the video card.  The screen becomes garbled (I have to partitions on which OSX is installed, and I can always boot the default safe one by using the usb stick and typing in the above mentioned commands)

What do I need to do?  I am getting confused by the minute, especially reading forums on here and tonymacx86's forums.

Few months ago, I was able to get 6970 working (though it still crashes), but I figured 5770 will be easy to run as it is fully supported.

Please tell me on what to do.  And how do I get the 5770s to be read by the OSX.

Thanks,

Update - After installing MultiBeast - I tried with one monitor first, and did booted up with -v , all I see after the text, screen goes to white screen with garbled color lines and that is it.  Is that the XFX 577X-ZNFC are not supported at all Or do I need to have something specific the chameleon boot plist file.  I am using the EasyDSDT solution here.  Please any help? I am about to throw in the towel on this

I am getting no luck with using command AtiConfig=Vervet.  Do i have to flash my XFX 5770 (577x-ZNFC) card? to get it at all working.  All I get is a garbled white screen.  This is getting so damn confusing.

Suggestions anyone? pretty please

Have you tried getting the 10.7.2 Combo Update and install this, but before Restarting at the end run "That beast that shall not be named"?

this card works O.O.B in Lion and Mountain Lion,  use  GraphicsEnabler=No and ATIConfig=Vervet or inject the Graphic Card in DSDT.aml, here the code.
