Actually Lion rebooted when it showed '7 mins left' in Lion installation, after that, I was not able to boot into Lion drive. Just gray Apple icon, that's all I got. Do you know if my setup would work with 10.6.8? I've read that ATI video cards (especially Mobility Radeon) have a hard time with OS X I think you'd better do some research in SL forum. I don't know what anything is and the user doesn't really give an explanation in his posts so I'm having a hard time understanding what to do or if it's possible given my setup.
