Anyone know how to disable tapping on this touchpad? Also, all the gestures are disabled like the two finger scroll, pin zoom in/out as well as the far right and bottom scroll wheel areas. Anybody know how to enable these features?

yes to me also i get panics but not from hdmi or vga
can you try again till it pass panic  :)

to me some times panic from audio and some time from kext called hd key store

also smbios of macbookpro 8.3 less panic than smbios macbookpro 8.1

but with smbios 8.1 we can get via and hdmi to work with editing framebuffer kext
