Quadro Fx 3500 Lion?

currently have SL 10.6.7 & Quadro Fx 3500 with QE/QC working 100% with NVenabler.

I successfully installed Lion DP4 and have everything working except I am stuck @

1280x1024, and no QE/QC.

I have tried:with and without nvenabler, graphics enable=Y in Chameleon and com.apple.boot.plist.

I tried booting with arch=i386

I had KP with GeForce7xxx & NVDAResmanG7xxx. Deleting these kexts from S/L/E got rid of KP

but I still can't change resolution.

I also added the following kexts from a post I read on netkas.org:

NVDAResman.kext and NVDAFG100hal.kext from nvidia drivers into /S/L/E/ of Lion, and remove GeForce.kext from /S/L/E/

Still nothing.

I know nvidia has drivers from quadro fx 4000, that didn't help either.

Anyone have any suggestions? Do I need to add my device ID anywhere?

Or Should I just buy a new video card for Lion?

Thanks for everyone's help or suggestions.

Come on people! No Comments? No Advice? Anyone want to take a crack at it?

From what I understand, isn't the quadro 3500 similiar to the nvidia geforce 7900?

I have heard there are no 64 bit drivers for the 7000 series cards. After lion is officially released, will

anyone be able to "write" drivers for 7000 series cards? Or will all 7000 series card not

be able to be used with Lion?

I have a Quadro 3700M and hanging on install at DSMOS successful prompt or something like that. From what I'm gold the video driver is the next thing to load but get no prompts. Haven't had time yet to dig in and try putting some additional KEXT's in the install USB stick. So guess you are a bit further than me. I recall on mine to get full res in 10.6.7 anyway I had to do some custom updates manually. May want to search for things around the Dell M6400 laptop as perhaps the changes I did on 10.6.7 will work in Lion. Don't have my machine in front of me to see what those changes were, just know I got them from a M6400 thread since that's what I have.
