Do you mean patch it manually or with your Auto patcher application?
I don't know how to manually patch. (Most of it anyways)

I recall basic stuff like HID=CID, fixing warnings etc...

Your DSDT edit managed to manually open CD tray ( I had to press F12 in order to do that before )

I've downloaded auto patcher application from your topic, but were not able to find my system.
It's a Acer Aspire M3630, grabbed the latest BIOS from Veriton M640 support page because it is the exact same MOBO. ( Former BIOS confirms it, this BIOS is used on Acer Veriton S640, M640, Aspire M3630, Aspire M5630.

I booted from MINI XP from hiren's BCD, Downloaded DSDTSE for Windows XP, extracted DSDT and compiled it to my hard drive. Clocked my Q6600 to about 2.98GHz

Is this a good score for a hackintosh compared to the performance of a real MAC?
I got pretty much everything working on it.

I'm back on Windows 7, because I have a little bit more avantages.
But I kinda miss OS X anyway.

I would, but I need to add another hard drive.
I've currently got two hard drives, one for OS X and the other for Music, apps and downloads.
