I'm not really sure but the kernel panic (kp) might be caused by evoreboot.kext. There was a guy, over at
tonymacx86's website, who had a similar problem. And he solved it by doing a fresh install using iboot supported.
But didn't you say your problem was not being able to boot the retail disc using iboot and other boot cd? Are you using a modified OS X DVD install? Your darwin kernel version is 10.7.3.
Is your bios updated to the latest version? Have you tried booting with one bank of ram, so you'll just have 4gb instead of 8gb?
