What is the problem you're trying to solve?

You can use Chameleon 2.0 RC5 to get native power management going, there is no need to edit the processor scope in DSDT anymore.

You might still need to patch the LPC device ID and your HPET device in DSDT though.
I made this checklist a while back, it's still missing some details but it's a start:

You should never use someone else's entire DSDT, even if they have the same motherboard as you.

Don't try to fix something that isn't broken, especially when you don't know what you're doing.

If you're curious about DSDT editing and what you can do with it, read and study the subject before doing anything.

The "DSDT fixes for Gigabyte boards" and "P5K Pro - Snow Leopard installation..." threads are two good places to start, but there are lots more threads out there and sometimes several different ways to do the same thing. Read.
