SG_Blitz007 Posted September 21, 2010 Share Posted September 21, 2010 Hi, guys, new here, any way I need help installing Mac OS X on to my, to impress my friends, anyway I need help, I tried to install it once, but it gave the grey screen saying, to hold down the restart button, what did I do wrong, and what version of Mac OS X should I install ( ideneb. iAktos...etc). That's "Still waiting for boot device" which informs you that it cannot locate the boot drive. Please verify if the UUID in com.apple.Boot.plist is the one pointing to the correct drive volume. I get that error but when I put rd=disk1, it goes to the restart screen, my MAC OS X is installed on drive 0,1 Windows is installed on drive 0,0 I only have 1 hardrive... Hey guy, I got iDeneb to work by going onto my BIOS , and changing the setting RAID, to ACPI or something. But I can't get my eternet to work.
