Canon XH-A1 vs. A1s

Hello !

 

Im going to buy a canon camcorder XH-A1 but I also have available A1s model.

In the past I have already worked with A1 and it is awsome.

 

Difference between them is just smaller updates (extra connectors,some adjustments...) but when I look at the test I see some big differences in colors (look at the pictures)

Is this because of the different presets or is in the A1s cheaper 3ccd processor because A1 has much nicer colors, it also have better picture at low light.

 

What do you think, and which model would you chose ??

If i were you i would try out the newer version.

Just because of the fact that kinks have probably been worked out that were in the older one.

But i think you would be good either way.

I just uploaded footage to my hack pro with the Canon you are talking about. MY wife is a video editor. The camera worked great with the Hack Pro in the specs listed below.
