vilpostus
I have GF8800GTX. Works perfectly on my hackintosh. I use photoshop and illustratos (cs4). No bugs.

scorpioserve
The application EFIStudio has a string for it, the exact spec and name you supplied, so it seems to be supported, I do not think that I would run FinalCutPro or Premeire with it, but if it were the only choice I had, well that is a different story. With the applications you are describing though, I would be nervous, I mean Photoshop CS4 is memory intensive and all that, but nothing like FinalCutPro, Motion. Just one persons opinion. ninetto
Final Cut Pro is not GPU intensive, so the 8800gts is fine. Only if you are planning on editing uncompressed HD or need some special inputs/outputs would it be worth investing in a more expensive card. (like the Black Magic Design cards) good luck, ninetto
