aylamrin Posted September 4, 2009 Share Posted September 4, 2009 I was wondering what's the size of Snow Leopard install disk. I mean, is it 6.12 GB or 7.16 GB. Also for those of you who have already installed, what does it show in the About this Mac, 10A432 or 10.6 ? Somebody was claiming that the Installation instructions in French is for 10.5 and not for 10.6 and Apple overlooked this. Is it true? What is/are the difference(s) between upgrade and retail? vincechan06 Posted September 4, 2009 Share Posted September 4, 2009 I'm not sure about the size, have to check when I'm home. 10.6 has also the same 10A432 version. I verified this on my installed (upgrade) version. Upgrade version doesn't come with iLife and iWorks. The retail version does. Anyway, I'm downloading, and there are so many images floating around, that it's very easy to get confused.
