AlphaQ
Okay, so I've managed to get Leopard running in safe mode (-x). Before, if I tried booting normally with -v, I'd get a kernel panic related to "kernel_task". I went into the BIOS and disabled Legacy USB support and it can now boot straight into OSX with just -v. Only problem now is that when it does, it seems to boot into safe mode. To get it out of the way... Gateway Laptop MT6452 AMD 64 Turion X2 1.6ghz 2GB RAM Seagate 120GB 5400RPM ATi Xpress 1150 Now I don't know what to do? Is there a way to start enabling video, network, sound, etc drivers manually? I'm pretty much stuck and don't know what else to do. How can I run OSX with Legacy USB enabled? The panic description doesnt list any kexts that I could possible remove... just "kernel_task"... Any additional info you guys need, please ask! I'M SOOOOOHOHOHOHOHOOO CLOSE Zephyroth 10.5.2 (9.0.0 I think...)
