ok i've been looking for an answer for days, couldnt find one and decided to ask it here...

everything went great, installed using kalyway 10.5.2 DVD...

got an HFS+ error, so made my vista partition active...

once in vista, i opened up easyBCD, fixed the HFS+ error, and set up the bootloader...

restarted and evrything was great(dont get HFS+ error anymore), but once darwin starts to boot up leopard(the apple and spinning wheel show up), then i get a message saying i need to restart computer....

i do, but this contiuously happens!?

NOTE: i never was able to get into the osx setup so i havent seen the welcome video or anything yet...

any ideas on how to fix this!!!????

could i just have the wrong kernal?(ive tried vannila, and sleep, also i am positive i have an intel sse3, but would haveing a dual core be a problem)

HELP!!!!!!!!

When this happened to me, it was because I had the wrong kexts for my video card. I booted into single user mode (-s at the boot prompt), navigated to /System/Library/Extensions, and deleted anything that began with ATI, GeForce, or NVDA.

First, boot into single user mode by typing -s at the boot prompt and pressing enter. The system should start up in a text only mode, with no graphical user interface. When everything is done booting up, you should be at a command prompt. Type in the following commands:

mount -uw /

rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions/GeForce.kext

rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions/Ge*.kext

rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions/NV*.kext

rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions/ATI*kext

exit

See if that works.
