EveryReasonTo
Hello all - first post. Searching brought up irrelavent results. When i put the dvd in, it gets to the screen where is says 'Use keys to select startup volume' But my usb keyboard and mouse aren't being recognised, they do however light up and 'num lock' is lit up. This mean i can't actually start installing it, and if i don't install it i can't get any drivers or anything. Any ideas? If your referring to the 'Boot Menu' and your keyboard isn't letting you boot the DVD..then that has to be something with your ports..nothing is loaded on your computer at this point...please advise more details on the specs of your computer and exactly where your getting the error.
