Just wondering what is different in the installers that allows my SATA HD to be seen in Leo4All but not seen on Zephyroth rev1 or rev2.

My hardware is

ECS GeForce7050M-M (V1.0A) nVIDIA® Geforce 7050PV/nForce 630a

Maxtor 320gb SATA HD

Realtek ALC662 6-channel audio(Co-lay ALC 883 optional)

On Chip (NVIDIAGeforce7050-based with 2D/3D graphic engine)

Broadcom AC131 10/100 Lan Phy

I have the same problem and do not found how to fix it yet. iPC 10.5.6 started with options

-v -x cpus=1

doesn't found Seagate HDD (300Gb) and prints "Still waiting for root device". Why I so sure that SATA Controller - is a main problem? I also have IDE HDD, and OS X installs to them, but doesn't start, prints the same "Still waiting for root device". If I connect both HDD's - IDE and SATA - MacOSX installer starts, founds both of these drives, but doesn't work with SATA HDD (Disk Utility doesn't format or resize/create/delete partitions on this HDD - "Device not Ready". If I disconnect IDE HDD - Mac OSX Installer doesn't start, "Still waiting for root device". Maybe I shall to try other distribution?

My hardware is:

CPU: QuadCore AMD Phenom Black Edition 9600, 2300 MHz (11.5 x 200)

MB Chipset: nVIDIA nForce 7050 PV-630a, AMD K10

DIMM1: Apacer Tech. 78.A1G9O.9K4 2 Gb DDR2-667 DDR2 SDRAM (5-5-5-15 @ 333 MHz) (4-4-4-12 @ 266 MHz) (3-3-3-9 @ 200 MHz)

  DIMM2: Apacer Tech. 78.A1G9O.9K4 2 Gb DDR2-667 DDR2 SDRAM (5-5-5-15 @ 333 MHz) (4-4-4-12 @ 266 MHz) (3-3-3-9 @ 200 MHz)
