Second, how do I install it? My laptop specfication: HP nx9420 model Intel Core Duo 1.66Ghz (SSE2 and SSE3) G.Skill 2GB DDR2 667 ATI Mobility X1600 256MB Intel Pro/Wireless 3945ABG 80GB hard drive 5400RPM Window XP Professional SP2 Thanks in advance. If you have a file and do not know what to do with it, the best way to figure out is find out what the filename extension is. The filename extension is usually the suffix of the filename after the last dot. In this case, it's ISO. Search on the internet (there's a fabulous search engine called Google and I strongly suggest to use it) to find out what to do with it.
