When kalyway starts to write os x on the harddisk, there is an error "Kalyway Can not write file ("/Volumes/Unnamed 1/Basesystem.pkg.133LI..."), Please restart system. Can someone help me? I'm becoming desperate ... .:Eagle:. Posted July 6, 2008 Share Posted July 6, 2008 Basesystem is very important to install OsX, if your package as any problem you cannot install Mac on your computer. This problem come when : - You are burning error and to resolve this problem fisrt verify you MD5 iso's to know if your ISO don't have problem and second reburn your DVD at slower speed to prevent any burning error. - Your partition is not formated in HFS+ : HFS journalise - Your partition is not marked active. To do this in terminal : fdisk -e /dev/rdiskX update f Y w y q With X your disk number ans Y your partition number To know that : diskutil list Enjoy !!
