Motherboard Descriptions

Hi.

 

I really want to build an OSx86 machine for running my music studio on but I'm which motherboard ot buy that will do everything I need.

 

Basically it should do 64bit and be compatible with Intel 775 Quad Cores (I'm new to this so I hope that made sense?)

 

It also needs to have a couple of Firewire ports (at least 1 external).

About 4 SATA ports.

 

Will buy a decent graphics card and am using external sound so sound isn't important.

 

This doesn't sound like much but I don't don't have much experince in choosing components so wondered what anyone reccomends?

 

I also have a PCI firewire card made by Belkin. Perhaps that would be a better option than onboard Firewire?

 

I hope that all made sense and I'm not asking anything REALLY stupid.
