BigPimpin
I see this 'mach_kernel.ctfsys' file in my root directory along with the 'mach_kernel'. Does anyone know what it is? Some releases have it and some don't. Most kernel updates don't include an updated one. The date on my 'mach_kernel' is March of 2008, but the 'mach_kernel.ctfsys' file has a date of October 2007. I have seen reports that deleting it can mess up a working OSX. Does anybody know what it is exactly? (No offense to anyone but if you don't know what it is please don't respond with "me too" kinds of replies.)
