Tanc
Hi all, just wondering if anyone can help. I have a fully working install of osx4all leopard 10.5.2 on my Shuttle SN95G5v3 with AMD64 3500+ and Asus GeForce FX 5200 working with QE/CI. My problem is with EyeTV which crashes quite randomly but also regularly. I wouldn't mind so much but they've programmed it so that when it crashes you can't killall or force quit it and have to restart the computer, a real pain. I know some people have EyeTV working, I'm really wondering if there is anything I can try to make it more stable. I've tried the following: Ensured graphics card is working with full QE/CI support with NVinject.kext Downgraded Quicktime to 7.3.1 Uninstalled any 3rd party Quicktime plugins Installed pc-efi Tried the vanilla applesmbios.kext I've pretty much run out of ideas, so any hints or advice greatly appreciated. I can also post the crash log if that helps. The only thing that seems to regularly show in the crash log is something to do with carbon core, an example is posted below: Thread 26 Crashed: 0 ...ple.CoreServices.CarbonCore 0x93044e6b AbsoluteToNanoseconds + 115 1 com.apple.CoreVideo 0x905b38ec CVDisplayLink::getCurrentTime(CVTimeStamp*) + 58 2 com.apple.CoreVideo 0x905b4588 CVDisplayLink::runIOThread() + 812 3 libSystem.B.dylib 0x9149ec55 _pthread_start + 321 4 libSystem.B.dylib 0x9149eb12 thread_start + 34 I hope someone can help...
