Zyphon Posted April 9, 2008 Share Posted April 9, 2008 Hey, Is there any way to get iATKOS v1.0r2 working with SATA HDDs? The install seems to go fine until I try to format my partition using Disk Utility, as Disk Utility doesn't see either of my SATA drives. Zyphon Posted April 9, 2008 Author Share Posted April 9, 2008 I had read that enabling AHCI in the BIOS would fix this, but it causes Vista (which I'm dual booting) to kernel panic on boot. The only other related SATA BIOS option is to enable native mode instead of legacy mode, but I'm not sure what it's referring to.
