chrisk121
I want to install OS X leopard on a secondary hard drive that I am not using. I was going to try the Kalyway disc but wanted to check here beforehand. These are my specs: Mobo- P5N-E SLI (Marvell 88E1116, Realtek ALC883) CPU- Intel Core 2 Duo E6420 2.13GHz GPU-eVGA 8800GTS 640MB Superclocked DVDRW- LG IDE DVD Burner HD 1- Seagate Barracuda 500GB 7200.11 SATA (Win XP Installed Already) HD 2- Seagate Barracuda 320GB 7200.10 SATA(Location of OSX Install) I have heard of the issue with my network card driver, but I still want to try the install. I am dual booting, but will use my BIOS boot menu to select what OS to boot into. So basically, I want to know the best DVD image to use, and If i'm going to have any compatibility problems. Thanks in Advance!

Dradis
I used kalyway and it worked great for me. I know it will work with the realtek LAN, but i'm not sure about the marvell. the drivers included only support up to nvidia 7000 series, but i've heard 8000 series drivers are around here somewhere. if you try this one DO NOT install the 7000 series drivers, they will not work and for me they caused a panic at boot up. I had to switch back to the 7300. Dont have the 8000 anymore, so i havent tried the new drivers.
