nano2nd
OK, here's a first pass: E2180 2GHz Dual Core Processor (technically a Core 2 Duo) £48 Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3 Motherboard £63 OCZ 2GB DDR2 800MHz kit £33 Asus 7300GT Graphics Card £33 WD 160GB SATA II HDD £30 Coolermaster Elite 330 case with eXtreme 460W PSU £42 Total = £249 My first reaction was to laugh as you only want to spend £200 but also want it to be "powerful". I'm pleasantly surprised though by what you could get. As you can see, this didn't quite come in at under £200 but it is pretty close. You could shave some of the costs off by going for a cheaper case. Some of the parts here I've chosen because I have personal experience of them and know them to be OSX86-friendly. There are definitely cheaper mobos but with this one and the E2180 you can definitely squeeze some more value out of it through overclocking. I just realised I missed off the optical drive. Depending on what you want, this will set you back another £15 or so. Go crazy.
