Z_A_X Posted April 4, 2008 Share Posted April 4, 2008 hello everyone! im pretty new at this so bear with me. im trying to install 10.5 (leo4all) on my hp pavillion dv6000 notebook through vmware (directly onthe hard drive partition) and when i start the instal it looks like its going ok then i get a message stating: BSD process name corresponding to current thread:init Mac OS version: Not yet set kernel Version: Darwin Kernel Version 9.0.0 Tue oct 9 21:35:55 PDT 2007; root:xnu-1228~1/RELEASE_I386 so yeah im a little confused about this so i would like some help with this and hopefully i can get this working system specs windows XP service pack 2 VMware workstation 6 2.2 amd athlon 64 X2 (SSE 2 and SSE3) 2gb ram GeForce go 7200 (256 mb ram) nforce motherboard (dont know more about that) any other specs you need let me know thanks again! theakseffect Posted April 5, 2008 Share Posted April 5, 2008 Aha, I get that error with iAtkos 10.5.1 on my pavillion. Have u tried any other builds and/or booting prefixes (and/or disabling some features in your bios; just typing this cause that worked on my desktop with tiger a long time ago)?
