Before I go out and upgrade to new hardware I was wondering if this motherboard coupled with a P4 CPU will do the trick for a low end Hackintosh system. I'm having some trouble getting it going on my 680i board, and have this old comp. lying around, thought it maybe worth a try. Thanks !! DreamingAwake Posted April 5, 2008 Author Share Posted April 5, 2008 Well since no one has responded, I'll respond to my own topic. So far so good !! I successfully installed Tiger OS on this motherboard, and install went absolutely perfect !! However, I was rather hoping I could get Leopard going but everytime it loads Darwin it just reboots ! I've tried Leo4all and Kalyway, same thing. Any ideas anyone ? I'm pretty sure the motherboard is compatable..
