zaidmc Posted April 3, 2008 Share Posted April 3, 2008 Hey guys, Im new to the hackintosh world and first off want to say thanks to this site and wikiOS86x for the great job they've done. I just found out yesterday that turning my pc into a mac was possible and i've already got 10.4.8 running with wifi and sound (Toshiba A100-Ta7) I pressed apple update and saw that I had the option to upgrade to 10.4.11. Is this possible? Is my computer compliant with that OS? My specs are as follows: Wireless NIC Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Capacity 120 GB Serial ATA Interface Serial ATA-150 Spindle Speed 5400 rpm Type Portable Capacity 120 GB Serial ATA Interface Serial ATA-150 Spindle Speed 5400 rpm Type Portable Audio Codec Realtek ALC861 Just want to add that the only reason my wifi is working is because i purchased a DLINK G DWL G122 rev C and i got it working with some help from wiki. Will this also work on 10.4.11? Last but not least, Would it be possible if i got my hands on a 10.5.x cd to work with these specifications?
