mjdlight Posted April 3, 2008 Share Posted April 3, 2008 Just put a copy of Leo on my brand spanking new home built. Got my 8800GT working fine and my audio. However, I'm running into some major problems with iTunes. Two issues: Adding album art work to 10+ tracks at a time sometimes leads to a kernel panic. Attempting to import my mp3 folder (about 11,000 tracks) causes iTunes to produce a weird error message, saying my hard drive can no longer be read or written to, and it always quits after about 3,800 songs. Anyone know how to get iTunes to play more nicely with Kalyway 10.5.1? jov11n Posted April 3, 2008 Share Posted April 3, 2008 u may need to update to 10.5.2 (via kalyways combo update) and try using the new version of itunes just released -also check if you have the desired HDD space don't forget, when itunes imports into the library it COPIES the itunes or mp3s into its directory.
