Ignacio Jimenez
Hi there!! I've been looking for some help, but I still can't get anything to solve this... please let me know if you have had the same problem.... My Macbook has a 120Gb hard drive with over 62 Gb of free space. Today suddenly I was shown a message saying there ws almost no free space left on the startup disk. I check the Macintosh HD icon on my desktop and it actullay was showing "0KB libres" (in spanish). After five seconds the free space showed 8,59Gb libres, and then 0KB again. Now it shows random free space and spotlight does not work properly. I think this may have something to do with search indexing, but not sure at all. Since that moment the system slowed down and have not stopped that behaviour. I have tried restarting and shuting down (I am Windows user, just switched to mac) . Please, give me some pointers of solution. I got this notebook 2 months ago. MacBook 2.2ghz, 13.3", 120HD & 2Gb ram. thanks a lot.
