OliverGG
Hi all, Having read through some of the info here rather thoroughly, i thought that i'd go about installing Leopard on one of my PC's. Being an AMD machine (Dual opteron 280's) i used Zephiroth's Mac OS X 10.5.1 AMD build. Everything appears to have worked fine, and i got through the install with no major hitches. However, now, when i go to boot it will only boot with the DVD in the drive. On top of that, when it actually starts to boot, the grey apple logo hangs, with the forbidden logo (similar to no-smoking sign) appearing over the top. THe issue now is that i cannot even get back into the setup for Leopard, as i don't even get the Darwin boot options screen anymore. I have installed Leopard on a seperate 320gb Samsung Spinpoint that's in the first IDE slot. I have windows xp and xp64 (50-50 partition) on a seperate Samsung SP 250gb SATA drive. Computer specs: Dual AMD Opteron 280's 4gb of Corsair DDR ECC RAM Supermicro H8DCE Mobo Plextor PX-755A DVD-RW drive. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
