SATA drive no longer recognized by Kalyway DVD

I had my hackintosh up and running just fine. 10.5.2 worked splendidly, pretty much everything worked. But since I wanted interoperability with my NTFS-based Windows hard drives and partitions, I installed MacFUSE and NTFS-3G. Whenever I try to boot now, I get the gray Apple display as normal, but then a square with a "stop" sign on it and nothing else happens. I figured, oh well, I'll reinstall, but now the Kalyway no longer sees my hard drive! I've got one 350 gig drive (Windows) and one 500 gig drive (Mac). It sees the old 350 gig drive just fine, but the 500 gig one isn't even in the list anymore. Windows sees it just fine (but can't do much with it, seeing how it's HFS+).

 

Motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R. Hard drives are Seagate.

 

Any ideas?
