Rapscallion
Hello. I have been messing around with getting OS X running on my Intel Quad Core all weekend and having a great many difficulties. So far the most succsess I have had is with Kalaway (trying Leo4All again right now and getting farther than I was but now it is hanging just after it displays the Kernel Version in the install startup). Kalaway got fully installed but for the life of me I could not get the ethernet or ATI drivers loaded (I havent even TRIED to do the sound yet). What is the best installer for the following setup: Intel Quad-Core 2.4 Ghz Intel® Desktop Board D945GTP (Intel® 945G chipset with Intel I/O Controller Hub (ICH7) and 4 MBit Firmware Hub (FWH)) Ethernet: Intel® PRO/100 (Onboard) Audio: SigmaTel STAC9220 (Onboard) Video: ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro PCIe I have a dedicated SATA drive for OS X. My Vista Install utilizes the SATA RAID and I would like to do a bootloader that will recognize them so I can choose what OS I boot into, This is the smallest problem BY FAR but would be nice if someone could point me in the right direction here ;p Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/96460-help-please/ Share on other sites
