Xploziv
Hello everyone, I'm happy to see this whole community working so good. I love Mac OSX, and OS X86 adds a new dimension to it. Thanks to everyone. Now, my problem: I used Kalyway's distrib to install, everything works perfectly on my Asus P5LD2. Except one thing, which was mostly caused by myself. When I patched the installation (during those terminal manips), I unmounted the wrong partition, the one hosting my data. This was a Windows NTFS. Now, I try to remount it using Disk Utility and it doesn't work; it's simply telling me "Volume failed to mount" (directly via OSX or via the install DVD) I tried with the Terminal and "diskutil mount /disk1s1" but this doesn't work either. Any idea on this? Thanks for your help! Regards, Xploziv Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/96093-remount-problems/ Share on other sites
