Zaxboi
Hey there Alpha6006, about to try this on a Lenova N300 which has the same REALTEK ALC861, how did you get audio here? Thread seems vague on which you tried. Is there a CODEC dump for it or what? -Thanks.

CamDean
I got my sound working on lenovo 3000 c200 by using kext helper b7 to load new 862 kexts along with putting a script in the advanced controls (just check box) chmod -R 755 /System/Library/Extensions/*.kext chown -R 0:0 /System/Library/Extensions/*.kext rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions.* reboot use appleHDA Pathcher 1.2 and your codec dump works for me besides volume control (also haven't checked mic)
