I was looking at the Digital Music SX http://www.soundblaster.com/products/produ...p;product=14619 the X-Fi http://www.soundblaster.com/products/produ...16642&nav=2 and...i dont know...would any of you recommend any of those two ? any others that excel ? Espionage724 Posted March 26, 2008 Share Posted March 26, 2008 Umm...for OS X i would have to suggest the X-Fi. It is also useful in vista if you want EAX. First I would check to see if that card is compatible with Leopard though but I can't image why it wouldn't be. If their both compatible then It wouldn't matter that much unless one of them have some special feature. DvP Posted March 27, 2008 Share Posted March 27, 2008 I use a Audigy 2 NX. Stereo output is great (better than windows) and the digital in/outputs are found. Line in too but this has shows bad quality. System profiler detects right name.
