This is kind of annoying. A few days ago I went to start Photoshop CS3 and it crashed while still at the splash screen. I read around about disabling certain plugins like TWAIN using the tilde method, but that hasnt worked. I uninstalled Photoshop and reinstalled it, and still it wont start. Even when I try to run it after the update it still crashes.

So I decided to boot up my install DVD (Leopard), and went to repair the disk. It locked up for a few minutes, then when I came back into the room there were around 1000 lines looking like this:

Incorrect flags for file hard link (id = 79509)
(It should be 0x22 instead of 0x2)

It took it around 15 minutes to complete the whole process, but it did finish. Repairing permissions on the other hand, didn't finish even overnight. I started repairing permissions last night around 11:30, and when I came back into the room I noticed a lot of disc activity. I fell asleep waiting for it to finish and when I woke up It was still at the same starting stage.

Anyone have any clues what this means?
